The most powerful competitive advantage isn't a better plan. its the ability to build without one.

Two-time Olympian Nicholas Timmings helps leaders and teams find a way forward when no roadmap exists.

Building without a blueprint

Most elite athletes have national programs behind them, funding, coaching, infrastructure. Nicholas Timmings had none of that. Over 14 years, he self-funded and largely self-coached his way to two Olympic Games in skeleton. Beijing 2022 and Milano Cortina 2026, without the conventional scaffolding sport assumes you have.

Nicholas' story isn't about talent overcoming adversity. It's about what happens when you stop waiting for the right conditions and start building anyway. His keynote, Building Without a Blueprint, speaks directly to leaders and teams navigating volatility, uncertainty, and the pressure to perform without a clear roadmap.

Alongside his corporate speaking, Nicholas is running school workshops aimed toward young men aged between 12 - 18. In today’s social media age, where content towards this age group is all about the get-rich-quick schemes and approach, these workshops aim to equip the next generation of men with the skills to set goals, find their identity and push through adversity, focusing on the long term outcomes.
